What to Expect
In my yoga studio I offer Hatha Yoga and a practice that is geared towards body, spirit, and mental restoration. My classes are gentle and supportive incorporating meditation, Asana (poses) and Pranayama (breath work).
I am certified yoga practitioner. I completed my 300 hour training program with the Yoga Association of Alberta and keep up my skills through ongoing continuing education.
Small classes often focus on a theme. Examples include insomnia relief, stress reduction, or neck, shoulder and hip openers.
I love to tailor yoga sequences targeting specific needs, working one on one with people and incorporating yoga into your overall treatment plan. We can focus on strength and alignment while targeting posture disfunction, tension and pain.
